Executive Chinese Chef Ku Keung manages the eminently appreciated Golden Peony Cantonese Restaurant. His nearly years of professional culinary experience, mostly with numerous international hotel chains and independent restaurants in Hong Kong, qualifies him as one of Singapore’s most admired Chefs!
Chef Ku’s credentials include Assistant Chinese Chef with the Shangri-la group in Singapore and Malaysia, Rasa Sentosa Singapore, and the famed Legend Hotel Malaysia as their Executive Chinese Chef for eight years. By special invitation, he joined Conrad Centennial Singapore in 2005.
