I have done this work professionally since 1975. I have never experienced an injury. Your muscles tell me what your body needs. Using pillows and padding on any flat bench or table at my little apartment in the compound where Dr. Baratua has his dental clinic, I help your spine shape itself to its natural curves and then massage your back muscles to restore the proper spine shape.
It is not necessary for me to be forceful. I get very gratifying results caring for everyone from young children to older adults. I also restore proper alignment to knees, ankles, feet, neck (of course) skull (cranial) bones, and from shoulders to finger tips. That is a normal part of training for all Chiropractors at American Chiropractic Colleges.

Common problems Chiropractors care for are headaches, neck and back pain, and pains in shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hip joints (Sacroilliac articulations), knees, ankles and feet.
The area most people call “my tail bone” is not actually the tail-bone, but all of that area moves as you walk and it must be aligned correctly to eliminate pain in the low back and down your legs.
Other conditions often clear up naturally with spinal care. I can explain the theory about why that happens, but I make no guarantees of a cure for what we might call “internal medicine” problems such as pains in the abdomen or reproductive system.
